Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or the contact information provided at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

Order Tracking

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
